This loft is situated on the north side of the town square in Newton, IL in one of Jasper County's oldest buildings. Guests are invited to enjoy our relaxing atmosphere, go for walk on the nearby Eagle Trails, visit a neighboring gym, take a class at the Dance Hall Studio, receive a healing touch massage, or visit one of our many natural resources. Great for bird watching, with great blue herons, egrets, ducks, bald eagles, plovers, cormorants, woodpeckers and other species seen daily.

The Hunters Hideout

Come relax at our little cabin. Our place offers 2 full size and two twin beds. Perfect for guest wanting to come and stay and hunt or fish the public grounds. It’s a one room cabin with a full new shower house just a few steps away outside. You have your own bathroom. There are 2 other cabins located on the property but each small cabin has their own bathroom. Perfect for those hunting or fishing trips.

Bev's Country Cottage

A small quiet cottage off the beaten path, located only minutes from Newton Lake Fish and Wildlife Area. This is a great place for hunters, fishermen or just someone that wants to get away from the city. It has exactly what you need to enjoy a long weekend full of the great outdoors. As hosts we want our guest to enjoy their stay so we are available to help with anything.

We have 2 electric fireplaces, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, futon & full size bed in living room that sleeps up to 7 total. It has a side covered porch with a seating area & table with chairs. Firepit area for roasting hotdogs or marshmallows. Firewood on premises. Propane grill on back patio. Small kids play area in back yard & 4pm check in with 10am checkout.

The Lake House is located just a short walk to Beach, Pinky’s , The Rusty Reel Bar (below Pinky’s) and The Marina. The beach offers a beautiful playground, pavilions and a frisbee golf course!
