Ideal for a couple, our cottage offers something hard to find: not an apartment, but your own private chalet in the heart of a traditional lakeside village. Built from scratch just 25 years ago repurposing original stone from a Roman-era building, it combines modern comfort with a rural soul. Enjoy exposed beam tall ceilings, stone floors, lovely outdoor space, uninterrupted lake views—especially the stars—and a perfect base for hiking, boating, relaxing, sunbathing, and savoring local cuisine.

L'appartamento "Il Rustico" si trova a Blevio, nel borgo storico della frazione Cazzanore a soli 5km a Como. I nostri ospiti potranno rilassarsi in un alloggio tipico con muri in sasso, travi in legno ed una magnifica vista lago, dotato di vasca jacuzzi, aria condizionata ed un esclusiva ed cantina dei vini. Potrete godere delle bellezze del Lago di Como con passeggiate tra lago e montagna sull'antica strada Regia, visitare le splendide ville o ammirare il paesaggio con una gita in barca.

Baita Grume *raggiungibile con sentiero*

Baita con due camere da letto, ampio soggiorno e giardino immersa nel verde della natura. Raggiungibile a 20 minuti circa a piedi da Albogasio superiore (650 metri a piedi, dislivello (dal posteggio) 200 metri ca). Posteggi gratuiti ai piedi della salita. La casa si trova vicino alla Svizzera e a Porlezza e non è distante dal lago e da alcuni rinfrescanti fiumi (bisogna scendere dalla salita per raggiungerli). Dalla baita partono alcune interessanti escursioni. Disponibilità SPA (mag-set).
