Stay in one of our six tastefully designed rooms, spread across two floors, each with its own character and equipped with every comfort. Our Standard Room is small but cozy and suitable for 2 people. The room has a separate entrance along the side of the pool. BATHROOM The suite has its own private bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sink, towels, hairdryer and luxurious unisex products from Marie-Stella-Maris: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. COOKING & EATING At our Boutique B&B we only serve breakfast, which is why we’ve created two elegant living areas where you can prepare your own lunch or dinner whenever you like. The living areas are located on both the ground floor and the first floor, and are accessible to all our guests. Each living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining space, and a comfortable lounge. The kitchens are complete with every detail you might need. HONESTY BAR We offer a welcoming honesty bar. Our fridges are stocked with a wide selection of drinks: different kinds of water, soft drinks, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beer, prosecco and more. In the kitchen you’ll also find small snacks such as crisps and nuts. In your room, you’ll find a menu where you can easily mark what you’ve enjoyed. PANORAMIC TERRACE On the top floor (where the suite is located) you will find a large terrace with unique panoramic views over the Itria valley. It is wonderful to stay here, the ideal place to wake up in the morning with a coffee or enjoy the sunset with a drink in the evening. SWIMMING Villa Gufo has a swimming pool with every luxury. All around you will find a lovely sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols. Pool towels are included. PRACTICAL Villa Gufo is located 7 km from Ostuni, surrounded by nature, and is NOT accessible by public transport. A car is therefore essential. There is a restaurant (Il Trullo dell'Angelo) just 400 m away. Supermarkets can be found 7 km away. A beautiful “trullo” Saraceno and a nice mediterranean style villa of 130sqm, to let for short periods with the B&B formula; the villa is built on a 6000 sqm field, surrounded by very old olive trees and dry stone walls, typical from the Alto Salento area, located among the towns of Carovigno and San Vito dei Normanni, just 10 km away from the historical centre of Ostuni, the white town, suitable for a relaxing holiday just 8 km away from the wonderful natural beach of Torre Guaceto, just few km away from the old towns of Ceglie Messapica, Oria e Cisternino; The villa has 3 bedrooms, two of them are double bed and one has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, all rooms are equipped with A/C and LCD Tv; the 2 double bedrooms also have private bathrooms, while the Trullo, totally restored, offers 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a private bathroom; The Saraceno B&B is a perfect place for a relaxing stay in the middle of the nature; external showers available and a big solarium for long sun bath besides a large open air patio in the middle of our garden where our guests will taste our fresh and home made breakfasts served in the morning from 8:30 'till 10:30.

Il Palazzo ha più zone indipendenti, la zona assegnata sarà composta da 1 suites ogni 2 (o 3) ospiti e saloni a proprio uso esclusivo. Sono in comune con altri ospiti la sala RISTORANE, il giardino e la piscina. Ogni suite è dotata di vasca idromassaggio per due persone, sauna o bagno turco. Siamo organizzati per feste e occasioni di lavoro come seminari, convegni, etc. Contattateci per personalizzare il soggiorno. NB per un numero di ospiti superiori a 16 sarà applicato un costo aggiuntivo.

In the heart of the historic center, Palazzo Astore, a 16th-century building, now "Azzurretta" b&b. Our home is contemporary design rooted in the traditional Trullo - cone-like stone houses with thick cool walls and fantastic arches. Our area is characterized by incredible food, olive trees, dry stone walls and bright red earth. Relax in the countryside, enjoy eggs from our chickens, swim and explore Puglia, its beautiful small towns and Baroque cities.
