Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The 2 versatile bedrooms have a king size and twin bed which converts to a superking bed, making the accommodation suitable for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Well equipped bespoke kitchen. Log burner for a cosy night in. Set in the heart of Mevagissey just 150 yards level walk to the harbour, shops, pubs, restaurants, tearooms and takeaways. Parking permit for nearby car park included.

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! Kingfisher Cottage at Nansladron Farm is a beautifully furnished & cosy self-contained cottage in the grounds of our 16th century grade II listed farmhouse.
