Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

RA Kuća moderna je, drvena kuća smještena na proplanku okružena šumama. Posjed se nalazi izvan naseljenog područja, 0,5 km od glavne prometnice koja vodi u nacionalni park Plitvice Lakes. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
