Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Sunrise at Holly Harbor is truly majestic.

Piney Woods A-Frame is a cozy rustic cabin tucked away from it all to give you the solitude you've been craving. This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. Outdoor lovers will get the best of both worlds here- escape to a cabin in the woods while also being right on the water! Water levels are back to normal so you can enjoy taking out the kayaks! There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.
