Lodge Barns - Dovecote Barn near Southwell

The Dovecote is one of our barn conversion which sleeps 7. It is in the village Morton. The barn sleeps 7 with a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. It has an open lounge and dinning where family and friends can all get together. This leads onto a patio with seating. It has an open garden where there is ample parking room, space for the children to run around play games or for the dog to stretch out their legs. Located in the Nottinghamshire countryside in the village of East Stoke, less than one mile from Eden Hall Day Spa, 'The Beautiful Barn' is set within the private, gated grounds of our smallholding 'Holme Farm'. This stunning barn conversion with striking wooden beams, exposed brickwork and bespoke wooden furniture, has been equipped to an exceptional standard to offer luxury accommodation. Each bedroom has a king-sized double bed and ensuite. Bifold doors open onto a private decking/patio.

Converted in 2017 from a small barn (circa 1850), the self-contained studio combines character with tasteful furnishings. TOTAL REFURBISHMENT MAY 2025 with new kitchenette, flooring, carpet, wood panelling. Separate from the main house with security gates and 24 hour CCTV, providing parking, an outdoor seating area and views over the paddock of sheep, pony and free range chickens. Upton is a small village, two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving hot food.

Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home.

The Lodge has plenty of character with a large main living area with log burner as well as a courtyard for alfresco dining. Based in the beautiful village of Brinkley with ample country walks right on your doorstep and a variety of lovely pubs nearby. We are dog friendly and welcome dogs at a small charge of £10 per dog per night payable to the host during your stay.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Our cosy hideaway offers the perfect blend of peace and tranquility, surrounded by picturesque farmland. The property features a comfortable bedroom with a super king size bed & ample storage space, as well as a compact kitchenette (cooking- microwave only). There’s also a dedicated work area, TV, wet room with power shower along with private parking.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
