Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The perfect holiday place!

Our house is located on the island Cres. You can emerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of untouched nature, breathing air flavoured by sea and mediterranean plants. This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. The house is located 200m from the sea in quiet neighborhood. Our guests have a big yard at disposal with a trampoline and lots of space for children to play. Also, it is dog friendly house. House is just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and 3 minutes’ walk from the center of small Mediterranean town of Nerezine. The house is also located below hill Osoršćica with the highest peak on island Lošinj (Televrin 588 m) from where you have the view overall island (https://youtu.be/oQZ5TRAY6yU).

Velika krovom natkrivena terasa, ugodan namještaj, dnevna soba s kuhinjom i blagavaonom. Vešmašina, klima, dva velika trosjeda na razvlačenje kupljena prije godinu dana. TV. Naselje pokriveno internetom. Mir i tišina noću, app naselje je smješteno u prirodi.

The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.
