Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

Willow Brook Lodge is a cosy woodland themed lodge set on the bank of a small Brook on the outskirts of Whitwell on the beautiful Isle of Wight.This lodge sleeps two people comfortably with the added bonus of a sofa bed in the living area should a 3rd person come. Guests will receive a welcoming selection of helpful goodies on their arrival. This lodge is ideally situated if you enjoy walking,cycling or just need a relaxing time away. New 2022 we have an outdoor bath. New 2023 we now allow pets.

Gotten Manor Estate - The Left Cart House

A remote, 200-year-old stone barn converted into two self catering cottages, retaining the open facade of the original building, situated on the Gotten Estate . Hidden at the end of a country lane, tucked away at the foot of St. Catherine’s Down, a mile inland from the south coast of the Isle of Wight, in the middle of an AONB. Ideal for walking or cycling. Foodies Heaven

A light and airy wooden chalet accessed by a path through a fully fenced orchard with seating and a fire pit ideal for catching the last of the evening sun. Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.

Chale Bay Farm - Tennyson View

A fabulous stand-alone air-conditioned room with ensuite bathroom and private front door, ideal if you want a room only and to eat out or booking alongside our main self- catering apartments for extra friends & family.
