The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm
The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

Capella Cottage, four miles from Lincoln centre
Capella cottage sits within the village of Branston. Being only four miles South-East of Lincoln’s city centre, It is accessed easily by car. (Approx ten min drive) The cottage is on the main road through Branston so there may be occasional road noise from traffic. There is a good sized rear garden, where the sun can be enjoyed through the day. Free Parking is available on the road outside of the property or should you prefer free ‘off street’ parking, this can be found just up the road.

The Old Surgery is a self-contained annexe in a quiet location, with its own garden, private parking and EV charging facility, fifteen minutes from the medieval city of Lincoln. The surgery is set in the grounds of our family home - a house lived in by generations of village doctors from 1890 until 2004 - with a narrow gauge railway and small private museum housing the Heywood Collection of Victorian steam locomotives and rolling stock, which guests are welcome to visit.
