Fernwood view, A small cosy Retreat

Our cosy 2 bedroom converted unit situated in the garden of our family home is ideal for friends/family to get away for a few nights in the south downs national park, the accommodation is great for 4 but is very cosy if booked for 5 or 6 adults and can feel tight on space if you are not using as a base to sleep. We are on the outskirts of Haslemere town 1.5 miles on the Surrey/ West Sussex boarder. We have Cowdry polo & Golf 5 miles away. Goodwood Horse and motor race courses 12-15 miles away

Get cozy and settle into this rustic hideaway, located on the edge of the scenic downs link with miles of stunning walks, bike rides and positioned on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic village of Slinfold, only 20 min from Gatwick Airport. Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Ideally situated for animal lovers with an abundance of wildlife plus our own pet alpacas.

Relaxing Sofa in main space with Flatscreen TV and wifi throughout. Underfloor heating throughout. Large french windows overlooking an orchard.

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
