You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Od dodatnih sadržaja u ovom apartmanu možete pronaći klima uređaj,WiFi, SAT TV, zajednički roštilj i parkirno mjesto u dvorištu. Kućni ljubimci nisu dopušteni.

Nice apartment in a quite and small place with a stunning sea view. You can use a barbecue and a summer house which is near the barbecue and where you can eat. Distance from the sea is 250 m and the nearest town is 5 km but you have 2 resturants and a mini market near the apartment. It is an ideal place for a peacefull vacation and relax.
