The house boasts 1 water front bedroom, 1/2 bath & washer/dryer on the main level upstairs; dining/living area(XL twin bed) full gourmet kitchen, 2nd WF oversized bedroom & full bath. Patchogue village is 1 mile away to enjoy exceptional restarants and bars , Davis Park Ferry is close by and you can get to Davis Park in 15 minutes by ferry. Kayaking and Paddleboards are fun on this beach !
