Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

AL NIDO - il mondo da un oblò

Il Nido è una struttura realizzata interamente in legno naturale, di 20 mq, pensata appositamente per 2 persone e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
