Maggie's Place

Maggie's Place is the guesthouse next to our residence, named after our friend who frequently opened her home to others. Included is a full kitchen/living area with a queen size sofa bed, work area, and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a tiled shower and washer/dryer. There is a screened in porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are 2.5 miles from the interstate and only minutes from downtown Russellville. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets.

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

BearCreek Cabin, Nostalgic, Park-like setting

This timeless nostalgic style cabin will take you back in time sitting on 8 acres all to yourself. Feel free to wander to the bridge and enjoy the park like setting and fire pit. Only 1.5 miles to Petit Jean St. Park. Open floorpan, 2 bedrooms & 1 bath downstairs. Upstairs loft has 2 single beds. Wood burning fireplace. Large kitchen, bar stools, new frame tv with Netflix, fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, coffee and creamer provided. Covered back porch overlooking.

Under 10 min from Walmart. 13 min from historic downtown Conway, Toad Suck Square, and all the colleges. 5 min from Toad Suck Park and Arkansas River where you can enjoy fishing and nature.

Cozy Cabin in Conway

You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

Urban Oasis

This two story Urban Oasis sleeps 6, with 1 king size, 1 queen size and 2 twin beds. This stylish townhome is new construction and absolutely beautiful. You will love the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances for your stay. There is a dedicated work space, fully stocked kitchen, smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Free WiFi and free parking are included as well. Close to tons of restaurants and close to the interstate.

Ms. Penny's Place

Welcome to Ms. Penny's Place! This newly remodeled, 3 bedroom home sits right in the heart of Conway - a half mile from Conway High School and about 1.5 miles from Hendrix College, Central Baptist College and the University of Central Arkansas. Enjoy the school house touches and 15+ years of CHS yearbooks to look through. It's the perfect spot for your first visit to Conway...or for a former Wampus Cat to enjoy a walk down memory lane.

The Winery Chateau

The Chateau is located at the base of Petit Jean Mt. State Park, former home of Movie House Winery. Experience the quiet, beautiful, quaint, private chateau above the old winery and Chiropractic office~ located in the wine and spine building. Looking for a romantic getaway or girls night out check out this unique gem! Unfortunately this space is adults only. Not suitable for small children. There is a spiral staircase at the entrance.

Primrose Garden Studio

Welcome good people and furry friends! Enjoy a tiny home style stay in Primrose Garden Cottage. A *240 square foot studio. Complete with all New appliances and authentic vintage touches.
