Vila Anka

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Apartman Mila potpuno je novi apartman, nalazi se u ekskluzivnoj rezidencijalnoj četvrti grada Krka. Apartman je suvremen, svijetao i prostran, sa čistim linijama, novim modernim namještajem i otvorenim pogledom na more i staru gradsku jezgru. Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom i blagovaonicom i dvije dvokrevetne sobe, te kupaonicom. Sve prostorije imaju mogućnost grijanja i hlađenja koje je uključeno u cijenu. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Villa Maya extends over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are modern and tastefully decorated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. From the living room on the ground floor there is an exit to the covered terrace which leads down to the garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The accommodation is located at the end of the village in quiet area where you can enjoy your vacation peacefully.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
