The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Ruan Barn is a truly special place that will sleep 4 people (there is a sofa bed in the living area which may be used by one or two extra guest by prior arrangement) . Situated in the tranquil hamlet of Treburgett and surrounded by farmland and countryside yet 15 minutes from the spectacular North Cornwall coastline, with the famous beauty spots of Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock, Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow all within easy reach as is Bodmin Moor with superb walks on offer.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Keep it simple at this peaceful place. Watch the night stars through the lounge conservatory or light a cosy log fire..within a 10 minute walk down the hill to Padstow harbour. Buses run down to harbour regulary at end of the road if needed,Where your find plenty of choices for food and drink or take a walk and capture the beautiful views..or you could hire bikes and cycle the camel trail with its amazing views of the estuary.
