As you approach the driveway on the private lane, you'll be welcomed by beautiful meadows and rolling hills. Set on 10 acres in a shaded, forest of mature trees it's comfortable year round. There are beautiful mountain views from several locations on the property. It's peaceful and quiet here most of the time. We're conveniently located just minutes from Flint Hill, not much farther to Washington VA, Sperryville and Front Royal. It's a two bedroom/one bathroom apartment above a detached garage.

DC can be a busy, loud, fast-moving city at times, but the space we've cultivated here is a tranquil escape from the commotion without having to leave the city. We live on the top floor (separated by stairs and a deadbolt; no shared indoor spaces; separate entrances).

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.
