The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Stone mullion windows, beamed ceilings, oak floors and doors lend a sense of rustic charm to the fabric of the building and yet there is every modern amenity. There is access to wooded and landscaped gardens with long-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and a private area to sit and enjoy the location.

Situated next to the NCT tram line, Middle Street station is 2 minutes walk away, Nottingham is only a 20 minute tram ride. Stay in a beautifully restored 1777 Annex with 9 acres of countryside to explore. Cosy bedroom with wooden beams, French doors to wildflower meadows, and a moon gate leading to rolling hills. Relax in the hot tub with panoramic views (wildlife spotting included!), picnic under our 100 year-old oak tree, or enjoy the quirky honesty-bar kitchen. Close to Manchester, Leeds, Halifax, and charming Yorkshire villages, perfect for a peaceful escape with a touch of magic (hot tub £30 per night)

Quirky self-contained Chalet 'Little Switzerland’

Chalet in the grounds of a large garden in the beautiful Peak District village of Youlgrave (good pubs & shops). Spectacular walks on doorstep. My mother was Swiss German and she had a large greenhouse made into the Chalet in 1992. In 2017 we fully renovated this quirky building. Easy parking, twin beds with new high quality firm memory foam mattresses in 2020, no smoking, ONE dog friendly. Outside seating infrared sauna is available at extra cost. We also have an EV charger available

Top O'Thill offers the best views of the valley from the huge floor to ceiling feature window. From this spacious modern apartment you will see the Calderdale Way which you can access from right outside your private entrance. There is lit patio area for your enjoyment with a luxury sauna. If you like the great outdoors then Top O'Thill, at 1000m above sea level, will make you feel on top of the world. We have a well furnished gym space if you still need to burn some more calories.

Tucked away in the unspoilt village of Butterton it’s surrounded by beautiful walking & cycling routes, including Thors Cave. After a day exploring you can relax in the sauna, have a home cooked evening meal delivered or visit the traditional village pub. With an on-site gym, 4 acres perfect for dogs, the summer gin shed & great views over the village you’ll find it hard to leave.

A beautiful cabin set high up on our terraced garden in Hebden Bridge. With woodland views, a getaway for people looking to quiet down and switch off. With private use of a wood-fired jacuzzi hot tub and sauna, set over three levels, this is a great place to relax after a long walk or bike ride. Close to the Pennine Way and Calderdale Way, there are lots of outdoor activities to choose from and also within walking distance of Hebden Bridge centre and Heptonstall.
