Case Catalano is an holiday home decorated with refined accuracy in details, where the atmosphere that envelops the traveller is exquisitely familiar and warm-hearted. The apartments Lucertola Muralis and Falco Pellegrino, at the first floor, are about 50 sqm. The entry is autonomous, with a courtyard in front and a stone barbecue. The apartments include living room with comfortable sofa bed and equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. They can accommodate 2+2 guests. The apartments Gufo Reale, at the ground floor, and Picchio Rosso, at the first floor, are about 80 sqm. The entry is autonomous, with a courtyard in front and a stone barbecue. The apartments include living room with comfortable sofa bed and equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and storage room or pantry. They can accommodate 3+2 guests. Outside of Case Catalano there is an ample parking. The House is surrounded by 7 acres of woodland property.
