The house is situated 10 m away from the sea. On the balcony apartments has private hot tube for 5 people. In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

My place is close to Old town, bars, restaurants, public transport, taxi stand, family-friendly activities, nightlife, post office, ATMs, 24/7 market, gas station, banks, bakery. You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 100 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

Welcome to Punta Apartment. We offer an apartment for renting in Petrčane, a beautiful town which is just 9 km from Zadar. Apts are only 50m from the sea, 2nd row, side sea view. Apts are 55m2, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with a table and chairs, bathroom and a private garden (200m2). Apts are fully furnished. Please note that the pools are seasonal and opened from June till September.
