Notre maison-patio se situe dans une rue calme, à deux pas d'une rue commerçante dans le 14ème arrondissement. Au RDC, un logement indépendant pour 6 personnes (qui reste frais l'été) est organisé autour du patio : - chambre à l’entrée avec bureau et canapé lit - salle de douche avec WC, lave-linge et sèche-linge - séjour-cuisine ouvert sur l'extérieur avec canapé lit - une chambre au calme à l’arrière du patio avec salle de douche et WC L’ensemble a été rénové par les propriétaires en 2020.

An apartment of 130 m2 like a small house, in the marais. Ground floor a large dining table that can accommodate 8 people, a comfortable living room with fireplace and grand piano, an open and fully equipped kitchen, toilets. On the first floor, a small living room ( sofa-bed ), a bathroom with tub and toilet, and the laundry room. On the 2nd floor, the parents ' bedroom, a small child's bedroom and a small bathroom with shower and toilet, finally on the 3rd floor the girls' bedroom.

Ne convient pas aux personnes âgées et aux enfants en bas âges car il y a des escaliers raides. Desservie par l'autoroute, le métro ligne 3 ( 10 mn à pied) et la ligne 11 ( 15 mn à pied) et à 8mn du tramway, vous serez en quelques minutes au centre de paris (30 mn). Nous sommes en banlieue Est collée à Paris.
