This home is equipped with high tech gadgets like Alexa controlled thermostats and shades, keyless entry, and Sonos surround sound. It has plenty of USB power outlets all over the place including the nightstands, and walls. Guests will have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room, front porch, back carport, and part of a shared driveway and street parking. I will be a phone call away for any of your needs or questions/recommendations, and someone will be available for emergencies in person. This property is within walking distance of many iconic East Nashville spots. The home also boasts easy access to the vibrant city life that Nashville is known for. Scooters are usually available within easy walking distance. Ubers and Lifts are around $10 to get downtown. Public transportation via bus can be found at the bus stop at the end of the street. Let stress melt away while sipping coffee on a porch and listening to birdsong from the surrounding woods. It's tranquil inside, too, with carefully selected furnishings inspired by minimalism, walnut floors, and locally crafted kitchen countertops. The house is located about a two min drive from downtown Black Mountain and about 18 min from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. We have a chiminea and adirondak chairs in the back yard for our guests use. Build a fire and roast some marshmallows with the family! Up to two dogs are welcome with a one time $75 pet fee. Our rental includes everything our guests need for a short or long stay. Fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. Laundry and dryer included. We are available for questions and do our utmost to respond to your inquiries as quickly as we can. A relaxing and pleasant experience is our priority. The bungalow is only a few minutes' walk from Tomahawk Lake, beautiful walking trails, and nearby waterfalls. Visit breweries and restaurants in local Black Mountain and explore fine dining and nightlife in Asheville—a 20-minute drive away. Less than a five minute drive from downtown Black Mountain and approximately 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. Uber is available to get you to either location if needed.
