Spectacular home with three warm, sunny, and beautifully decorated rooms. It is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, an area full of restaurants, cafes, pubs and designer shops, just two blocks from Plaza Serrano. The House is the last of the inner hall, in this circuit there are four residential houses more. Such houses are called in Argentina "PH" condo. The house has two levels: on the first floor features a spacious living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, dining table for eight, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a study hall. The second level has three bedrooms, the first bedroom has a single bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table and a large closet. The third bedroom has a double bed, bedside table and a large wardrobe, this last room has direct access to a beautiful sunny terrace with a dining area for six. On this floor there is a bathroom with tub equipped with towels and toiletries. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and internet, TV / DVD, fridge freezer, washing machine, serving (china) for eight, kitchenware, linens and towels. There are 3 air-conditioning / heating units – one in each double bedroom and one in the open plan kitchen / dining / living area. In these area fashion designers, artists, galleries and restaurants decided to settle, improving old houses, turning the area into a fashion circuit mix with art and good food. This area was called Soho evoking the legendary New York city Soho with similar characteristics, whom was name based on the original Soho area located in London (UK); all this set with a unique touch and at the same time a very similar concept. In this area of the city you can use many ways of transportation: bus, subway, taxi. The house is located one hour away from Ezeiza- Minister Pistriani International Airport. Transfers in and out from and to the airport can be arranged with our very smiling taxi driver Stella (at same price of the market). Just ask me!
