The Bothy

Experience a stay in original farm workers lodgings. The Bothy has been renovated to provide bespoke, accommodation with a modern twist. The original stonework of this 350 year old building has been left naked in places, allowing you to soak up its historic past. Original oak beams span the combined living/sleeping area that has a king sized oak framed bed. Enjoy a refreshing power shower, then close the shutters, settle down & cozy up for the evening in front of a roaring log burning stove.

The Coach House offers a serene retreat blending rustic charm with modern elegance. With open beams & sash windows, the property exudes cozy cottage appeal but with every comfort you desire. Just a 10 minute drive takes you to the Solway Heritage Coast - Roman remains, coastal walks, long deserted sandy beaches, sand dunes and best ever ice cream! 10 minutes in the opposite direction takes you to the Lake District National Park - fells, lakes, hills, walking, cycling, paragliding, hound trailing, beer, farmers markets, restaurants, cafes...great little villages and towns ...we tell you more once you've booked!

Lake District Holiday Lodge with views of Skiddaw

Forest View Lodge is situated on a quiet site, which is located right on the Lake District National Park border, making it an excellent base for exploring the Lakes . The site has no amenities, however there is a garden centre tea room next door and a pub in the next village. Cockermouth is 10 minutes, Keswick 25 mins. The lodge sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, both en-suite. There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen, and the decking is perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day exploring.

Our luxury detached Lakeland cottage in the village of Lorton sits in a hidden gem of a valley and is a year round destination . Two beautiful bedrooms one of which can turn into single beds and each with their own bathrooms offers flexibility for both couples and families. We have a well equipped cooks kitchen with Everhot range and a stocked larder. Parking for three cars , EV charger , bike storage , gardens and a BBQ this is a great base to enjoy the magic of our Lakeland valley.

Deer Cottage is one of three fully-equipped and dog-friendly cottages set around a pretty courtyard in stunning natural surroundings. Surrounded by woodland and fell - watch deer and other wildlife from your back door. Away from the crowds but close to everything the Lake District has to offer. Magnificent views from the end of the drive south towards Skiddaw, and the Solway Coast to the north.

Welcome to Highside a delightful cottage set in a secluded location overlooking the tranquil village of Lorton. Dating back to 1695 (as engraved on the fireplace in the kitchen), the cottage retains many original features but has been sympathetically modernised. The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.

Livingstone's Lodge, Lake District

Offering panoramic countryside views, and well-positioned for hiking trails and a range of amenities, this wonderful property makes the perfect base for exploring Cumbria and the Lake District. The holiday cottage is very comfortable with lounge sofas - both of which are sofa beds - a kitchen with the extras of a dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi is included along side a smart TV. Outside, there is decking with furniture, surrounded by impressive meadow views.

Easy linked to the beautiful gem town of Cockermouth, cultural Keswick, and bustling Carlisle as we are just off the main A road.
