Welcome to our beautiful botanical, quirky & unique Studio, which is an emulation of Teignmouth itself. The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. It's a great base to explore South Devon. Our recently renovated Studio has a conservatory, kitchen, sitting/bedroom with king size bed, good sized shower room, private courtyard, hanging space/ storage & a washing machine.

Modbury Spacious Home

Entire house in the centre of Modbury with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom with its own bathroom with showers plus a downstairs toilet. Kitchen with everything you need opening up to a dining room with a table big enough to seat 10. Living room with large sofa leading out to spacious patio with outdoor dining area and inflatable hot tub*. Parking for 2 cars plus close, safe street parking. Wi-Fi available. Self check in. * Please note- there will be an extra charge of £10 per night to use the hot tub.

"The Shed" with a view

The Shed sits on large lawn at Yarningale. Views are amazing. Ideal space for a holiday for one.Fridge, microwave, and kettle, with some basic cutlery/crockery . Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Toilet and shower short walk to the house. WIFI available in shed. Note the shed has an electricity £1 /£2 coin meter, Please ensure you bring, change with you.

A brand new 2 bedroom (2 beds + 1 sofa bed) apartment situated along the dreamy coast of the English Riviera. It includes stunning sea views, private garden, private jacuzzi, BBQ, & even an outdoor heater to enjoy the Riviera through all its' seasons, day or night. Only a few minutes walk, through the dreamy woodland, to Watcombe beach, situated in a cove. Which is also part of the South West Coastal Path, meaning you can enjoy a walk along the endless coastline.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. A sea viewing new-build spacious coach house situated in a central Plymouth location with easy access to the city centre and local tourist attractions. We have two designated parking spaces. Everything you need for a short or long term stay is provided, TV’s, fast wi-fi, a desk, all kitchen appliances and utensils, towels and more. We have two bathrooms, and bedroom 3 can be made up as a twin or double room depending on group requirements.
