The house is newly built on cascade terrain and combined with garden allows You intimacy, privacy and comfort during Your vacation. The house consists of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet and open space with living room, dining area and kitchen.

Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Pool Villa Rogac, Vis

On the ground floor the outdoor area with a swimming pool leads to the separate one bedroom apartment connected via outside staircase to the main house. The main fully equipped kitchen and dining/living area are located on the first floor with floor to ceiling glass door leading to the terrace. The staircase leads up to the second floor with two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Master bedroom with terrace offering amazing sea views is located on the top floor.

It is a fully-equipped and stylish home, and only 5-min's drive to the town center. You will have a large terrace, and a private sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley. You will be surrounded by vines, roses, rosemary, herbs, trees, butterflies and birds. You will share the nature with lovely birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and our 4 cats.

Apartman se nalazi tik uz more u prekrasnoj pješčanoj uvali Stončica, 7 km od grada Visa. Nalazi se u hladovini borove šume na vrlo mirnom i opuštajućem mjestu, okružen prirodom. Ima svoj mostić s kojeg možete skočiti i osvježiti se u kristalno plavom moru. Do kuće se može doći pješice kamenim putem, a udaljenost od parkinga je cca 500m. Nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß von unseren 2025 neu erstellten Apartment bis zur Hafenpromenade und doch die Ruhe genießen, mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick über die Bucht von Vis. Auch Fähre, Restaurant, Promenade, Geschäfte, der Stadt-Strand sowie verträumte Buchten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus gehört zum Apartment.
