Apartman je zasebna cjelina na prvom katu kuće (dvije sobe , dva kupatila, dnevni boravak s kuhinjom, terasa s pogledom na more). Parking osiguran ispred kuće. Prostor za kupanje na rivi ispred kuće ili na javnoj plaži (500 m). U okviru 300 m dostupna trgovina, pekarnica, restorani, rentanje auta,bicikla,motora,plovila.
