Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Off grid Shepherds hut with amazing sea views and wood fired hot tub. located on our farm overlooking Port Quin bay, a short walk to the sea, located between Port Isaac and Polzeath. The hut was hand built on our farm. The hut is situated with a great sea view, a 5 minute walk from car access across one of our sheep grazing fields. Bring your wellies for the field and flip flops for the beach! The hut is not suitable for infants or children. We also run a Sauna at Port Quin bookable seperatly.

The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

Stepping Stone is a spacious bungalow featuring light-filled rooms and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. There is off road parking, a private patio and garden. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path.
