Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.

Penver studio is a cosy, homely one bedded apartment on the side of our house in the beautiful quaint village of Treen, St Levan. We are just a stones throw from the southwest coast path, leading to Pedn Vounder beach, Penberth cove, Porthcurno and The Minack Theatre. The village has a seasonal cafe and a pub open all year round for food and drinks; The Logan Rock Inn. We live in the other side of the house and are on hand for local tips, recommendations and any questions you may have.

It has a warm and cozy feel and has been finished and equipped to a high specification. Spot the seals playing,take a boat trip or investigate the paddle rock pool. A very special place!

Weekly bookings only in June,July September Long weekends In the other months. It is also only a 5 min walk to the Minack theatre and the southwest coastal path. Porthcurno beach has been used for filming Poldark and is rated one of the top beaches in the UK. Fast WIFI, 2 car parking spaces, and shared BBQ area. Sorry no pets. Min 4 night stay off peak - 7 days July to Sept/Xmas/NY
