Ideal for couples or a family looking for a long or short stay, a spacious three-bedroom former net loft and fisherman's cottage that is pet-friendly with an enclosed courtyard and garden in the beautiful Cornish fishing village of Porthleven. We have Wi-Fi, a large kitchen/diner, and two sitting rooms, one with a wood burner and both with smart TVs. We are a short stroll to the beach and harbour with its award-winning restaurants and a great selection of cafes, pubs, shops, gym and market.

Anchor Cottage is a quintessential fisherman's cottage tucked away in a quiet and secluded part of Old Porthleven, but still just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful beach, harbour, cafes and award winning restaurants. This traditional cottage retains many original features and oozes character and charm whilst also updated to ensure it's comfortable, cozy and warm with a great wood burning stove for winter. There is a south facing garden with a patio area for outside dining in the sun.

Outside is your own private, sunny, flower filled courtyard, a Hot Outdoor Shower, bathroom, garden table and chairs. You have your own entrance. Situated within 2 minutes walk of the beach, the pier and the Surf Break, Porthleven is well known local restaurants like Kota, bars like Shoals Brewery , Origin coffee, Art shops. Porthleven is also situated on the S/W coast path.

Sunshine Cottage

I have a delightful traditional Cornish fisherman's cottage a stone's throw from Porthleven's beautiful harbour, award-winning restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, beach and stunning coastal walks as well as playing host to the countries best surf spot. The cottage is cosy & comfortable with a wood burning stove and fully equipped for self catering and a great stay. It has two bedrooms - a kingsize bed in one and bunk beds in the other. The deck at the front is a real sun trap for relaxing on.

Hidden Gem - The Annex Porthleven

'The Annex' is a two minute walk from Porthleven village in a secluded location. The Cornish fishing village is bustling with activity. It is a 'foodies heaven' with a range of eateries to cater for all tastes and budgets. There are 4 pubs in the village all within a 5 minute walk. Lovely art galleries. Renovated to a very high standard. King Size bed with modern fitted kitchen. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ensuite shower room. Outside seating area which is a real sun trap.

Old Coal House: a cosy village hideaway by the sea

The Old Coal House is a converted outbuilding separate to our house ready for you to call home. Previously used to store coal for the main house, it's now a stylish, cosy and unique place to stay in Porthleven. Just a 5 min walk from the centre of the village on a lovely quiet street, The Old Coal House is totally family-run and suitable for a single person or couple for work or play. Only a stone's throw from the historic harbour offering many shops, galleries, pubs and award winning restaurants. Ideal for couples. It is not toddler or child proof. Well behaved pets are always welcome.
