Cozy, comfortable private suite in Wilson Park residence. Convenient to U of A, Dickson Street, Walton Arts Center, and bike/walking trails. Private entrance to the guest space which includes a living area with TV and workspace, a separate bedroom (queen bed), and full bath (w/shower only). Futon in living area converts to full bed for 2nd or 3rd guest. Keurig coffeemaker, mini-fridge, and microwave. NO KITCHEN. Off-street parking. Self check-in with keypad. Original artwork throughout + WiFi!

Private Guest House 20 minutes from the U of A

Cozy cottage guest house located on 7 acre property in Prairie Grove, AR. Great retreat for Razorback game weekends, sporting events, graduation, and festivals at only 20 min drive from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. We are within 5 minutes of Prairie Grove's Antique District, Battlefield State Park, and the Prairie Grove Aquatic Park. Amenities include kitchenette, pool, basketball court, and beautiful grounds. Sleeps 3 comfortably but can sleep up to 5 with air mattress (included).

Located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort, this small cabin is 1 exit to the U of A. Walmart, Lowe’s and several restaurants nearby. Featuring a queen bed, counter table with stools, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee service and television. Pull right up to the door! Hog Valley amenities are included. While we offer several tv channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS-NO SMOKING OR VAPING!

Need a place to get away to? Look no further. Our place is just 15 mins S. of Fayetteville. Close enough to be part of the University's activities or Fayetteville's many venue/events yet far enough outside of town to relax when they are done. Our RV is setup as a cozy retreat space. There is a large deck and outdoor spaces as well. There is a security camera at the top of the driveway approximately 40'-50' ft from the trailer.
