La Casa Ingrid - Couple's Paradise - Beach (20 m)

La Casa Ingrid is located in Banjole, on an unique position with wonderful sea view in Soline cove. Beach is only 20 m away. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Prostor je uređen u modernom rustikalnom stilu, inspiriran tradicionalnim istarskim konobama, s pažljivo odabranim detaljima koji stvaraju toplu i ugodnu atmosferu. House Nikol is located in a quiet forested area on the outskirts of the nature reserve called Rt Kamenjak near the Pula. We cannot emphasise enought the seclusion of this accommodation,you will have no neighbours,no traffic noises,just natural surroundings and tranquility. House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. HOUSE CAN BE BOOKED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 16.Juny -15.September.

Das Apartment ist Teil des Kuća Penja, einem Ferienhaus mit künstlerischem Flair. Weitere Apartments und ein Wintergarten (Gruppenraum) mit Bad und Waschmaschine sind zubuchbar. Die Farbgestaltung durch Gemälde, Kreativmaterial und Gitarre laden zum Wohlfühlen und Ausprobieren ein. Die Einrichtung ist weder modern noch perfekt, aber liebevoll und individuell. Leider für Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Toplage, südliche Terrasse mit schönem Blick, 5 Gehminuten zum Meer, der Naturpark grenzt ans Dorf.

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.
