Charming Seaside House in Forio The house is just a short distance from Forio’s port, easily reachable by taxi in just 5 minutes or by bus, with a stop only 2 minutes away on foot. For those who prefer to drive, a free parking spot for small vehicles is available. ⚠ To access the accommodation, you need to go down an external staircase with 20 steps. The descent is simple and safe, but we mention it in advance to ensure full transparency for all our guests. This two-level property, approximately 120 sqm in size, also features a spacious terrace and a balcony with stunning sea views. The bright apartment offers sea views from every room and is situated in a peaceful, natural setting. It includes: Private Entrance 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Living Room Kitchen Balcony Terrace Lower Floor: THE FIRST BEDROOM features a new, comfortable double bed, a two-door wardrobe with wooden hangers, a sea-view desk with a chair, and a private router for optimal Wi-Fi connectivity, perfect for remote work. The room is equipped with bed linens, extra pillows, and both a spring and winter blanket. Adjacent to this room is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toothpaste. UPPER FLOOR : A few steps up leads to the living room, which offers a full sea view. This area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fridge with a freezer, a dining table for 6, and a large cupboard with all necessary cooking utensils including cutlery, pots, and glasses. The living room also has a small sea-view kitchen equipped with a large oven and cooking essentials (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar), and a cabinet with laundry and cleaning supplies. Next to the living room are TWO MORE BEDROOM, each with a new, comfortable double bed and breathtaking views of Cava dell'Isola. THE FIRST BEDROOM is furnished with a four-door wardrobe and bed linens, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a shower cabin. THE SECOND BEDROOM is spacious and has a four-door wardrobe; it can accommodate an extra cot if needed for a seventh person. This room also includes a private bathroom without a shower but with a bidet and towels. ADDITIONAL COMFORT: Air conditioning is available IN ALL ROOMS THE TERRACE , accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, is the highlight of the house: an outdoor area with a sea view, featuring a table for 4/8 people, new cushioned outdoor sofas, sun loungers, a beach chair, and a barbecue. Next to the terrace, a balcony with a fountain is equipped with a bucket, broom, and dustpan. Art enthusiasts will enjoy the paintings displayed throughout the house. Additionally, a private path near the house leads quickly to the famous Cava dell'Isola beach. The entire house, terrace, and balcony are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Casa con vista Torrione a Forio d'Ischia

Mini appartamento immerso nella storia, sotto un torrione medievale con vista mozzafiato. A due passi dal lungomare e dal centro storico di Forio. Via tranquilla in zona pedonale ma vicina a spiagge, ristoranti, pub, bar, negozi, supermercati, farmacia, cinema e porto. Non serve la macchina. La casa è dotata di riscaldamento, condizionatore e WiFi. Ampio terrazzo con vista sul torrione e sul golfo. Ideale per tutti: single, coppie e famiglie. Nel prezzo NON sono incluse le tasse di soggiorno.

Casa Lolò, la terrazza sul mare

Casa Lolò è immersa nel verde di Solchiaro, il promontorio più a sud di ‪Procida‬, dove il sole tramonta nel mare. E' perfetta per gli amanti del relax, della natura e delle passeggiate. La casa è composta da una spaziosa camera da letto, un soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto, un bagno con doccia e una stanzetta a parte con lavanderia. Un'ampia terrazza affaccia su un orto a picco sul mare di fronte all'isolotto di Vivara, riserva naturale di rara bellezza, e all'isola di Ischia.

Il Bozzolo - villetta in giardino sul mare

La casa che vi proponiamo e' situata in un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde. L'appartamento e' arredato e curato nel minimo dettaglio. E' composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale , camera con divano letto, cucina, bagno privato con doccia ed un ampio spazio esterno dove poter trascorrere qualche ora piacevole rilassandosi. Inoltre a pochi passi troverete una discesa privata su spiaggia di roccia dove poter fare il bagno e godere di un tramonto indimenticabile.

Il Nido del Gabbiano

Tra i caratteristici scalini di marina Corricella(antico porto dei pescatori di Procida)troverete il grazioso monolocale “il nido del gabbiano” situato in via Carmine 12. Il Monolocale offre una posizione unica che favorisce l’intimità con il mare: é adatto per coppie e avventurieri solitari. L’incantevole finestra con affaccio diretto sul mare offre una posizione privilegiata per poter usufruire del pescato del giorno (ristorantini tipici sono a due passi dalla struttura)

Newly refurbisced cozy apartment within a controlled traffic zone ,a minutes's walk from the sea.It has a wonderful view of the Aragonese Castle, the bay of Saint Anna and of Capri. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room area and a laundry room. And it also has a spacius balcony wich surrounds the house and where you can have breakfast and sunbathe. It has all the mod cons: Wi-fi, tv, air condictioning, a fridge, and oven a washing

casa da maria ...a due passi dal mare

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

The house is located in the center of the tourist port of Chiaiolella, a two-minute walk from the free beach and the tourist beaches. It has typical rooms with vaulted ceilings; the accommodation consists of a large and bright living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a charming terrace and dining table; mezzanine bedroom with double bed and two single beds upstairs. The house is surrounded by restaurants, bars and various shops.

A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal Castello Aragonese, patrimonio dell'umanità, questo antico appartamento realizzato negli spazi di un ex convento ed arredato con gusto, si compone di un ampio soggiorno (con divano letto), una cucina con annessa sala da pranzo vista mare, due camere da letto matrimoniali e due bagni. Può ospitare fino ad un massimo di cinque persone.
