Deluxe room with a view of Lake Maggiore in Oggebbio, just minutes from Verbania-Intra. Located within the "Casa e Vela" residence right by the lake, the property features a private beach equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, boat rentals, and a bar-restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner (available for an additional fee). During the warmer months, guests can enjoy the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas; year-round, there is a spacious sun terrace furnished with garden tables and chairs—perfect for relaxing while taking in the breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore. Our lakeside bar-restaurant is open all day, starting at 8:30 AM for breakfast, followed by lunch and dinner (seasonal opening from approximately April to September). You can rent one of our motorboats (40 or 25 horsepower)—no boating license required—to explore the area around the lake. Canoes, pedal boats, kayaks, and SUPs are also available for rent. The lake-view Deluxe room accommodates two people and features a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony or private outdoor area furnished with garden tables and chairs. Air conditioning is available upon request for €6 per night. Amenities at the "Casa e Vela" residence include discounted wine for guests and Wi-Fi internet access. The reception is open all day. We are located in Oggebbio, right by the lake, just a short drive from Verbania and the Swiss border.

Three bedrooms over two floors, so everyone gets their own room, and a covered veranda above the water with a view to Lugano. The boat is yours all stay, to navigate along the shore to the villages nearby. A big fireplace in winter; the veranda and a garden of centuries-old plane trees in summer. Total privacy, on a roadless shore.

Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer super Bar in "paddelreichweite" od. auch in 5min zu Fuß. Man kann sich auch von der Bar Essen a la carte in den eigenen Garten liefern lassen. Malpensa International Airport is a 25-minute drive away, and in less than an hour you can reach Milan, the beautiful Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Lake Garda, and Lake Orta. We hope that this house will become the setting for wonderful memories.
