Deluxe room with a view of Lake Maggiore in Oggebbio, just minutes from Verbania-Intra. Located within the "Casa e Vela" residence right by the lake, the property features a private beach equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, boat rentals, and a bar-restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner (available for an additional fee). During the warmer months, guests can enjoy the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas; year-round, there is a spacious sun terrace furnished with garden tables and chairs—perfect for relaxing while taking in the breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore. Our lakeside bar-restaurant is open all day, starting at 8:30 AM for breakfast, followed by lunch and dinner (seasonal opening from approximately April to September). You can rent one of our motorboats (40 or 25 horsepower)—no boating license required—to explore the area around the lake. Canoes, pedal boats, kayaks, and SUPs are also available for rent. The lake-view Deluxe room accommodates two people and features a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony or private outdoor area furnished with garden tables and chairs. Air conditioning is available upon request for €6 per night. Amenities at the "Casa e Vela" residence include discounted wine for guests and Wi-Fi internet access. The reception is open all day. We are located in Oggebbio, right by the lake, just a short drive from Verbania and the Swiss border.

La residenza Il bosso del lago d'Orta si compone di due alloggi, per una dotazione massima di 9 posti letto. Un appartamento è dotato di cucina/pranzo/soggiorno/bagno al piano terra, a piano primo camera da letto matrimoniale con anche un divano letto, e camera con due letti singoli. Al piano superiore, con accesso autonomo si trova la Mansarda, con cucina, letto matrimoniale oltre a divano letto a due piazze o in alternativa letto a castello al piano inferiore nell'anticamera vicina al bagno.

Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Villa Lago Maggiore is a 3 bedroom lakeside villa in the charming lakeside village of Lesa. It enjoys direct lake access and has a private pontoon for mooring a boat. A canoe and SUP board are also provided for guests' enjoyment. It's a short walk from the villa to a number of shops, cafes and restaurants. There are also tennis courts and a swimming pool within a few minutes walk.
