This house consists of 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a sofa bed, 2 kitchens (one on each floor), hot tub and a large terrace with plenty of seating area together with a fireplace for a BBQ. It's a part of a Villa complex "Fjera", that consists of 2 houses. The whole complex can be rented at the same time over our profile as well. Centre of Pučišća, including the market, post office, bus station and pharmacy is on a 5 min walk distance. Beach is on a 300 meters distance.

Enjoy starry skies and clear blue sea less than 30 meters from the terrace surrounded by charming Mediterranean landscapes. The family house, Sunset Villa, sits in a prime location, isolated with magnificent views of the bay and neighbouring island of Šolta. It’s nestled in a quiet, sparsely populated neighborhood of traditional family houses of similar style.

Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

DREAM VIEW Penthouse with Jacuzzi

The newly renovated house is located in a quiet part of the town of Hvar. The greatest treasure of the house is the terrace overlooking the sea, which is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned. You are 300 meters away from the largest beach, and a 10-minute walk along the coast from the city center. There are several shops, restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the house.

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
