Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

This is a park holiday home on a small site within 2 miles of the coast, surrounded by countryside in the small village of Relubbus. The setting is unique and it has a charm of its own which is peaceful and welcoming. Unlike most holiday parks there is no entertainment or amusements. You are surrounded by nature walks and it is a haven for wildlife. You can reach a local pub at St Erth via a river walk. In the little sideboard you will find plates, bowls, cutlery and salt & pepper shakers. Enjoy free Wifi and parking on the drive.

Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.

Take a break & unwind in our lovely one bedroom apartment joined onto our family home. Trebygan is located in the village of Townshend just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Hayle. We are in a central location with easy access to both the north and South coast but you will need a car as we are in a rural location. We are 15mins away from St Ives, Penzance & Helston, 10 mins from St Michaels Mount & Pra Sands. We are ideally located for countryside walks.
