Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

The Factor’s Office, Nutwood House

The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Situated in a beautiful peaceful location, a great base to explore the Highlands. There are many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking, fishing etc. Can also be booked with The Lodge.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

The cottage is in a rural location with the nearest town being 5 miles away, so having your own transport is essential.

Beautiful woodland trails and wildlife to enjoy from the doorstep and just a 20 minute riverside walk into the village centre to the nearest shop, pub and other local amenities. Double bedroom just outside the City of Inverness near the small but picturesque village of North Kessock. We live in a quiet rural area a short drive from Inverness. We are lucky to be surrounded by the beautiful Highland countryside, with hillside views and conveniently located just off the A9, the main road leading North and South of Inverness. There are some fantastic local restaurants and village shops available with a short drive, and plenty of scenic walks.
