Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

This is in a charming, renovated townhouse in an amazing location just off Tompkins ave for restaurants, shopping and bars. Easy access to Manhattan via subway - not to mention all the best of Brooklyn - and a relaxing oasis to chill. During your stay everything pictured is entirely yours (except the common laundry area and backyard). I won't need to pass through your space at all, unless you need help.

Beach, Dining and Relaxation in one spot!

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Enjoy 2 beautiful private bedrooms in a newly renovated condo in historic Bed-Stuy. Very private top level of our home 3 minutes from the C train, which get you anywhere in Manhattan in 30 minutes. After a busy day exploring the city, come back to your own place with access to full size appliances I’ll be in the building if you need me for anything
