Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. "Apartment EVA ROGOTIN" has 90 m2, large free covered parking with security camera, garage for motorcyclists and cyclists, air conditioning, TV 109 cm with wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher...etc. The apartment is located in a quiet environment, has a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. A fully equipped boat for 6 people and bicycle rental are available to the guests of the facility for an additional charge. To use the vessel, a management license and prior notice are required.
