The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. It was fully refurbished in the last couple of years & is furnished in a very atmospheric, fresh & light manner. Wander along The Kerry Way - one of Ireland’s longest & most famous walking trail, hike Ireland's highest mountain Carrauntoohil. Its unique very remote location is a perfect spot to watch the clouds pass overhead & the sheep “baa” in the field.
