Das Mehrfamilienhaus ist grosszügig gestaltet, und die 4-5* Ferienwohnungen sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Sie verfügen Balkons mit herrlicher Panoramasicht. Den Gästen stehen Parkplätze, ein Garten mit Sitzplatz ein kleiner Fitnessraum, eine Infrarotsauna sowie eine Bibliothek mit Spielecke gratis zur Verfügung.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von familienfreundliche Aktivitäten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen die Lage. Bei uns im Saastal müssen Erwachsene im Sommer 10.5 Fr. und Kinder zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren 5.25 Fr. Kurtaxe bezahlen. In diesem Preis sind alle Busse im Tal und praktisch alle Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzbar. Im Winter kostet die Kurtaxe 7 Fr. für Erwachsene und Kinder bezahlen 3.75 Fr. In diesem Preis ist im Winter der Skibus kostenlos. Frühstück auf Wunsch erhältlich.

Geniessen Sie einzigartige Ferien bei uns im Saastal - im Winter auf den nahegelegenen Skipisten, Schlittelwegen und Langlaufloipen und im Sommer auf den Wander- und Bikerouten.

The holiday apartment is part of Montela Hotel & Resort and is located about 5 minutes walk from the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars. The bus stop "Unter dem Berg" is right next to the resort. Enjoy carefree holidays in summer and winter on the Saas hiking and biking routes or on the nearby skiing and cross-country skiing trails in the Saas Valley.

Die Wohnung ist 60m2, hat nebst Wohnküche, ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, Bad, separater Zugang, Aussenbereich, der ausschliesslich für die Wohnung reserviert ist.

Old quiet house Berghalde located in the authentic part of Saas Grund village, 250 m from the nearest cable car. Bus stop 250 m. Free private parking place 200 m away. Mandatory tourist tax should be paid separately: 4.5 CHF per night/person in winter, 7 CHF in summer. Saastal cards will be provided for free.

Ich freue mich euch mein neues gemütliches Apartment mit toller Aussicht und bester Lage anbieten zu können. Es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und zum Skifahren da Zermatt, Saas-Fee und Grächen schnell zu erreichen sind. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Ich freue mich auf euer Kommen 🙂
