In dem 60 qm großen Appartement mit eigenem Eingang findest Du alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. 1 Doppelbett + 1 Schlafsofa- Platz für max. 4 Personen - Parkplatz vorm Haus In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß schon im Wald, auf dem 588 Meter hohen Michelsberg und kann in alle Richtungen wandern. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

Naturnahes Leben und Erholen – direkt am Nationalpark Eifel. Das Tinyhouse liegt oberhalb des Rursees. Wanderwege liegen direkt vorm Haus. Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Situé à l'étage d'une grange, ce logement à l'aménagement simple et rustique convient pour 2 à 3 personnes mais possibilité d'accueillir un nombre plus important sous condition (possibilité d'installer des tentes à proximité de la grange). La Grange de La Source est idéale pour les randonneurs, les cyclistes, les cavaliers mais aussi pour des couples ou des amis souhaitant simplement une mise au vert, loin du superflu, des écrans, de l'agitation, du stress. Hervorzuheben sind eine vollausgestattete Küche, TV, Schlafcouch, große Panoramafenster, ein gemütliches Boxspring-Bett, die eigene Terrasse mit Außenbestuhlung sowie ausreichend Kundenparkplätze.
