The tiny house features a studio for 4 guests (1 bedroom and 1 sleeping couch). It is equipped with a coffee/tea corner and fridge. Located within walking distance of Sala Beach and the ferry station. Easily reachable by public transport via the ferry or C110 bus. MXP Airport is +/-1h away by car. Public parking within a 3–5min walk, subject to availability.

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)
