Very special two-story cottage within walking distance of downtown and the Rail Yard. Two bedrooms plus two full bathrooms upstairs, kitchen, dining, living room and powder room on main floor. We have four fireplaces in the house; the one in the master bedrooms upstairs can be used to burn wood.

My place is 1.2mi from the plaza in a conveniently located residential neighborhood. With its small, simple, Santa Fe style, you'll feel at home right away! The main room has a kiva fireplace & sofa as well as a full kitchen & small dining area. There is a separate bedroom with a closet & washer/dryer. The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!
