Il Pollaio is the signature house of Casa Via Costa in Forio and the most spacious and scenic space of the property. A bright open-plan living area features a large glass wall overlooking the bay of Citara and a central fireplace for cozy evenings. Surrounded by gardens, it combines elegant island style with generous indoor/outdoor spaces. From May to October guests enjoy pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee and light daily housekeeping. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and private parking are included.

Nestled on the coastline of the Maronti Bay overlooking the sparkling sea, this serene retreat offers breathtaking views of Sant’Angelo, Capri, Maronti Beach, and the lush hills beyond. Just a 10-minute walk along the beach from Maronti Square or a quick taxi boat ride from Maronti or Sant’Angelo. Located near the ancient Terme di Cavascura Roman Natural Spa, the house is ideal for fit guests who don’t mind a bit of adventure, as it is accessible by foot via a 45° steep path of 70 meters long.

This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.
