Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle or use the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

The Book House - Two large bedrooms one with double bed and an extra camp bed if needed. Second bedroom two single beds. Ideal for family. Also lounge, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. The bathroom is on ground floor In the lounge also Smart TV and Wifi throughout the property. We accept one dog as a pet. We do not accept cats or any other animals. Very close to the harbour and sandy beach in our lovely seaside village of Seaton Sluice, Northumberland.

There is a beautiful coastal walk, or bus link, into neighboring Whitley Bay where there are a host of bistros, bars & traditional seaside attractions to enjoy .

Perfectly situated for exploring Tynemouth & Northumberland coast and Castles. Dog friendly & Accessible - stair lift! Outdoor covered mobility scooter area with charging points and parking for two vehicles. Wildlife garden and pond plus cosy sun room. A short walk to the harbour, stunning sandy beach, Holywell Dene nature reserve. Nearby pubs serving food. Older children welcome, but many trinkets are on display in my home, s caution would be needed with youngsters.

A lovely ground floor, one bedroom apartment in the heart of Whitley Bay. It is located on a pedestrian only street with free parking close by. The apartment has a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. It is a bright apartment which you only have to cross the road to reach the sandy Whitley Bay beach. The apartment is central to the iconic Spanish City, amusement arcades, fantastic fish & chip restaurants and of course you’re close to amazing ice cream parlours!
