Das Holiday House WEST wurde 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt 2km westlich von Trogir, 25km von Split und 50km östlich von Sibenik, allesammt UNESCO Weltkulturerbestätten. An ruhiger jedoch zentraler Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf das adriatische Meer die Stadt Trogir sowie auf die Halbinsel Ciovo ist es der perfekte Urlaubsort für Familien mit freunden auf vier Pfoten. Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Strand liegen in unmittelbarem Umkreis und können zu Fuss erreicht werden.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

House Terra is located in the small and quite place called Najevi near UNESCO cities Trogir, Split and Šibenik. If you are someone who likes to relax in nature and explore various beauties, then House Terra is perfect for you. It is surrounded by olive trees, it fills you with a feeling of peace and quiet. Local beaches are located 3.5 km from the house, and also National parks. The house is 20 km from the airport. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

This 5* luxury villa offers 200m² indoor and 400m² outdoor space, accommodating 8 adults + 2 children (up to 14 years) for an extra charge in four bright en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor includes 2 additional toilets. The highlight is an 18m heated pool and a 100m² rooftop terrace with a hot tub. Enjoy spectacular sea and town views. Lots of peace and quiet and only a few hundred meters from the city center.
