The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. The 2018 build Villa Pag Sea View is a 2 storey semi-detached house, located about 6 km away from the historic city of Pag on the island of Pag, that can be reached taking the scenic coastal road. Villa Pag Sea View is bordered by an old oak forest and sits at the base of Sveti Vid, the highest peak on the island with 348 m above sea level. A marked hiking path next of the house leads directly to the top of Sveti Vid, offering a stunning view of most of island.
